Team Glazer Sound: Royalty & Refund Policy

At Team Glazer Sound, we are built by creators, for creators. We believe independent artists should keep the fruits of their labor. This Royalty & Refund Policy explains exactly how our upfront distribution model works, how earnings are tracked, and our strict policy regarding fees.

 

 

1. Upfront Pricing & The 100% Royalty Guarantee

  • Flat Upfront Fee: We do not charge ongoing, recurring subscription fees. We charge a flat, one-time upfront fee of $15 USD to distribute your music release.

  • Keep Everything: You retain 100% of your net streaming royalties and sales revenue generated from our supported Digital Service Providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Amazon Music, and more global streaming apps.

  • Zero Commission: Team Glazer Sound takes a 0% commission on your distributed music earnings.

 

 

2. Royalty Reporting and Payout Notice

  • Reporting Lag: DSPs typically report and pay out earnings on a 2 to 3-month delay (e.g., royalties earned in January are usually reported and paid in March or April).

  • Payout Method Updates: We are currently finalizing our secure financial distribution system to ensure you receive your money seamlessly.

  • Future Information: All registered artists will receive a detailed email notice as soon as our payout setup is live, outlining exactly how to claim your funds and link your personal accounts.

  • Tax Requirements: To comply with financial regulations, you may be required to complete tax documentation inside your dashboard before your first payout can be processed.

 

 

3. No Refunds Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of music distribution and the immediate processing costs involved with delivering your content to streaming networks, Team Glazer Sound does not accept refunds.

  • Upfront Fees: The $15 upfront distribution fee is completely non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether your music has fully processed or if you change your mind. [1]

  • Takedown Requests: You can request to have your music removed from streaming platforms at any time by emailing support, but initiating a takedown does not entitle you to a refund of your original fee.

 

 

4. Policy Abuse and Content Fraud

  • Streaming Manipulation: If our system or our DSP partners detect artificial streaming manipulation (bot traffic, click farms, or loop streaming) on your tracks, your royalties will be frozen by the stores.

  • Account Termination: Accounts banned or terminated due to copyright infringement, hate speech, or streaming fraud forfeit all outstanding royalties and are strictly ineligible for any fee reversals.
